Our Network Professionals Must Meet the Following Requirements:

1. Licensed, Bonded and/or Insured (copy of insurance certificate and license provided)

2. In Business for more than five (5) years. If younger, have exceptional customer and business references

3. Good people skills/follow up policy

4. Good standing with Construction Contractors Board (CCB) of Oregon

5. Five (5) checkable references

6. No record of judgements on file with Oregon Sate Labor and Industries

All contractors and/or services vendors are required to at least meet our strict criteria. Most of our contractors exceed it. All contractors are subject to on-going follow-up and evaluation.

If a contractor meets all six (6) criteria; and we are confident in their ability, we will incorporate the contractor in our network. All referral contractors and/ or service vendors are reviewed bi-annually to insure the highest quality of contractors within our network. We are not general contractors, nor do we represent anyone contractor exclusively. This means that our carefully screened referrals are based completely on the integrity and quality craftsmanship of each service vendor that we recommend.
