On our initial visit, we videotape each room of your home to protect you and your valuables. This may also be of value to you and your insurance company.

While your home is alone, we perform a detailed checklist on each Basic Home Watch visit, which includes items such as:

• Check hot water heater
• Check plumbing for leaks
• Check for the presence of insects
• Assess sun fading of fabrics
• Water plants
• Start vehicles(s) engine(s)
• Check for water damage
• Check windows and skylights
• Change lighting schedule
• Check on spa/hottub, lawn, insect and cleaning 3rd party services (to make sure they perform their services in your absence)
